At Mumis Kayaks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the date of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation included
- The product is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or inflated
- Products with removed or damaged tags or packaging
- Customised or special-order products
- Products damaged due to accident, misuse, or negligence after delivery
- Life vests, safety gear, and personal protective equipment (for hygiene reasons)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 90618 83555 or email at info@mumisonline.com
- Share your order details (order number, product name) and the reason for the return
- Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging to support your request
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship the product back
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect product sent by us, we will bear the full cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a defect or error on our part, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Since all orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds are processed as follows:
- Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details provided by the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
- You will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the refund has been initiated
We do not issue refunds in the form of cash or store credit unless explicitly agreed upon.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Do not sign the delivery receipt if you notice visible damage to the outer packaging
- Photograph or video the damaged packaging before opening
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the damage
For products found to be defective after opening, please contact us within 7 days with supporting photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, depending on stock availability.
7. Incorrect Product Delivered
In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible, at no additional charge.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order:

- Include your order details in the message
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
9. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products (same product, different colour or size) subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and the product must meet the return eligibility conditions stated in Section 1.
If the requested exchange variant is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
