If the return is due to a defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect product sent by us, we will bear the full cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a defect or error on our part, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

For products found to be defective after opening, please contact us within 7 days with supporting photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, depending on stock availability.

In the rare event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup of the incorrect product and dispatch the correct item as soon as possible, at no additional charge.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order:
